DAILY ACTION + ACCOUNTABILITY

Everyday of this workshop, you have an action + accountability step to take. This is just something you’ll share with me and the group to keep up momentum and build accountability while you’re creating new habits. Each action step should take only 5-10 minutes, and in lesson one I’ll guide you through creating a daily check-in and how to make sure it actually gets done.
