LESSON SIX

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a somatic-brain based tool that can be used to release negative emotions, limiting beliefs and patterns from your nervous system.

You’ll use tapping to clear out any additional resistance you have to doing what it takes to achieve your goals, as well as heal self-worth leaks that are keeping you stuck in feeling unworthy or not good enough to achieve what it is you desire.

WHY?

Tapping is the most powerful tool I’ve discovered for moving through blocks, patterns and limiting beliefs quickly. It works by taking the edge off of a given pattern - releasing the fear, anxiety and negative emotions surrounding the pattern that end up holding it in place and keeping you stuck.

Tapping works with your nervous system - specifically the fight, flight, freeze part of your brain, and by shifting you out of survival mode can shift you into a place of conscious, present choices about what you do and how you spend your time.

This is the last step of our work together - use tapping and journaling to heal the limiting beliefs and self sabotaging patterns you have, and to become someone who truly follows through.
