In this section, you'll start to create your list of chakra balancing practices. To begin, download the chakra inventory workbook or pull out your journal once again and free write on the prompts below. Spend your time with each one - this will likely take you a while, but it's important to get a clear sense of when each of these feelings is activated for you.

If you were stumped on any of the above prompts, that's great! That gives you a sign post pointing to the chakras where you need work. Use the key in your Chakra Inventory Workbook to discover which prompts correspond to each chakra, then make note of the chakras where you felt stuck. 

Now that you've created your menu of activities that will balance and nurture each of your chakras, it's time to go back to your schedule. 

Open up your schedule template, and compare it to your chakra balancing checklist. 

How many of your current activities and obligations are aligned with your needs? 

Keep in mind - this isn't just some over-indulgent, I can only do what's best for my chakras, sell all my stuff and move to the woods, hippie dippie mindset.

I created this program to make chakra work actionable and easy to integrate into your existing life.

The chakras provide a framework for all of our basic needs. As long as there are imbalances in your chakras, there will be imbalances in your life. By modifying your schedule to honor your needs, you'll be integrating a beautiful healing practice into every day, not just your sessions with a coach or therapist, time studying a course, or hours in a yoga class. 


NOTE: if your schedule change regularly, this section is for you! 

Now that you've completed your chakra inventory, you have a beautiful menu to pull from for bringing balance and flow into your life. Because you have an ever changing schedule, it's important now for you to take the extra step of choosing you non-negotiables. Looking at the list, which chakras feel most imbalanced? Which need most TLC? Choose activities that nourish that chakra for you, and make those your weekly non-negotiables. These are the most important tasks for you to schedule into your week, no matter what changes. Hold not those non negotiables - we'll use them in the next section.

In the next section, you'll combine everything you've discovered thus far into a beautiful new schedule.
