Once you reserve your session you'll get a business audit form to complete; I'll review that before we meet to get a sense of what’s going on, we'll meet, then you’ll walk away full of inspiration, ideas and excitement. 

This 90 minute session is your space to get the support, clarity and direction you need to move forward in your business. Content strategy, crafting a launch plan, defining the direction for your business in the next 6-18 months, working through a particularly sticky challenge or piece of resistance, or some combination of the above.

You’ll have detailed notes including a roadmap of action items for you to channel that energy as you move forward. In these sessions we're able to move between the outer work (strategy) and inner work (somatic, nervous system work) of business, so all your needs can be met.  

This one-off session is perfect if you want to try out working together, or if you just need a little tune-up without a longterm commitment.
