HIIT Workouts

HIIT workouts, or high intensity interval training, are my favorite way to get my workout in. Because real talk, I don't want to try to make time for an hour of working out if I don't have to.

HIIT workouts give you the benefit of a longer workout in a shorter timeframe, by alternating between working as hard as you can for short bursts with active rests. Combining cardio + toning moves in a HIIT workout makes this the perfect workout for any of us who are busy, stressed out and struggling to feel like what we do is never enough.

Consider this your permission to let 15-20 minutes of sweating be enough.
