Are you stuck in the "I shoulds"?

I spent so much of my life thinking about all the shit I wanted to do, and all of the things I wanted to be.

I wanted to be a runner - enjoying long runs several times a week. I obsessed over being skinnier and having a thigh gap (UGH), and thought of all the personal development things I wanted to do.

Go to an ashram, practice yoga every day, start a goddess group, meditate at 6 a.m., journal all the time…
Holy shit guys, it was too much.

I spent my life stuck where I was. It felt impossible to make these things happen, because I was stuck in that overwhelm that led me to a place of inaction. I was stuck in a lot of shoulds, and that kept me from acting from my heart, and tapping into the motivation I needed to break through old habits.

Once I moved to a place of action – and listened only to the things my heart was asking for – everything started to flow.

And now, I get inspired by my clients. Inspired to keep walking my talk, and to keep showing up for myself. And by doing so, I get to show up for my clients. My tribe. My work inspires the hell out of me, and keeps me learning and motivated every damn day.⠀⠀⠀

Do you feel stuck? Or are you inspired by what you are doing right now? Tell me about it below.

XO,

Chelsea
